Necklace arrive poorly packed with knots in the ch

Necklace had knots upon arrival! The chain is so thin, I couldn't get the knots out.

Not good quality

I bought this is a Christmas gift and the morning after Christmas, the necklace broke while putting it on. Quite poor quality.

Looks so much better and bigger in pictures. Actually, way too thin.
