Beautiful colors, bad fit.

Purchased for 9 year old granddaughter who wanted a fancy dress. She is a short size 10/12 and I ordered a 10. Just trying it on, we had sequins all over the floor. The armholes were too tight. The skirt is very slim fitting and short (and she's short so I can't imagine how short it would be on a taller girl). Sadly it's going back. I won't even try the larger size due to how the skirt part fit and not loving sequins all over the place.

Pretty dress but not very well made.

My 9 yr old daughter saw this online and fell in love! We purchased it online and I picked it up at the nearest store the next day (great time saving option!). The colors are just lovely...dark navy, sequins are more copper/rose colored than gold. I see some reviews claiming it runs big, and others claiming it runs small. I always look at the size chart! My daughter is slim but tall, and I got her the 10. I expected it to be just a little big on top but the length is great. The skirt underneath is fairly short, and the fabric is very thin, cheaper polyester. When she tried it on,a few sequins fell off. May only be a one time use dress but she can't wait to wear it to her school dance, she loves it!
