Did not Receive the rose gold cuffs

I was very disappointed because I ordered the silver, gold, and the rose gold cuffs. The rose gold cuffs box was empty. I called and the representatives said both time they were sending them back out. Did not receive them on the date they stated 12.11.2024 I called again and they stated the rose gold cuffs are unavailable after telling me they were being shipped and these are the ones I really wanted. So yes, I am very disappointed with the incorrect information I received. and yes they did refund me but I wanted the earrings and was looking forward to them.
