Amazing ice cream machine; been making frozen custard and it works great just use the Gelato option.

Love the unit and speed of making a batch. Bought an additional bowl so I can make batches quicker. Would have liked more plain ice cream recipes. Also the chocolate recipe seems a bit too large as it starts coming over the rim during processing

A superior little ice cream maker. So far, everything has come out terrific and tasty. Freezing the bowl a long time is key, and it isn't small. Make sure you have freezer room for it. Also suggest a wooden spatula to get the final layer of frozen treat off the walls of the bowl. Don't forget it makes frozen savory things like gazpacho!
