We’re sorry to hear that your unit has stopped working. The “OUT” error code usually appears when the cooking drawer isn’t fully inserted into the machine, so please ensure it’s seated properly. Great air fryer! Easy to use, and I love the large capacity. It’s also nice to be able to switch on the interior light to check on your food without having to open the basket. Smart design!

this is the best air frier i have ever used, it has alot of options but i primarily use it as an air frier, but its very versatile. i love how spacious it is, i don't have to do several sessions, i can get my meals for the week prepped faster.

30 days agoNot great after 6 months of use
I bought this air fryer 6 months ago and it’s stopped working the screen says “out” I unplugged it and plugged it back in but still shows “out” do not recommend this product. Seems like others have had the same issue too.
