Cuisinart 1 quart pot
Nice pot, but not as heavy as my previous purchase cuisinart cookwear.
Not for me
This pot is not balanced with handle. Too late to return but the handle is awkward and gets hot. I would not buy again.

Bad
Attempted use it and was boiling water and little Black spots popped up in the bottom of pot.

This pot was too small for what I needed
This 1 qt pot seems well made, but it was too small for what I was looking for so I returned it. I was trying to get a 1.5 qt pot and thought that this would work, but it didn’t.
I have the glass top for this; a previous one. I perched this top intuitively a quarter or a half, - goodness it stays there - The pan is going to do exactly what you think, it conducts heat, and it has nothing to do with cuisine. Ready sooner than the 4 cup pan, which will time your meat to the lowest heat possible. I may have used an ekectric stove once, in a cabin on holiday, so one would have to gage as a matter of course, to do so not on a gas flame but electric. Which I don't think is for any cooking know how; uneven; no such thing as "2,4,5,6,7,8,High heat, too literal, presupposes one need not know about cooked food. Very heartened by good cuisinart : ) and has nothing to do with cuisine nor art.

Nice little pot for small items
This pan works exactly as I wanted it to. I have a wonderful tri-ply set of stainless pots and pans but no 1 quart size. I have an induction stove, so it has to work with induction. While this pot only has the magnetic plate on the bottom as opposed to whole sides induction, it's fine for what I'm using it for.
