Chef's Classic vs Professional Series

Hello. I had inadvertently ordered this Chef's Classic Skillet vice a current set matching Professional Series replacement skillet and find it not quite as good. The Classic's different bottom is now induction ready but does not heat the same as the Professional Series. I will be sure to order the Professional Series in the future. Thanx.

Love My Skillet

I am quite pleased with my 9" skillet. It is easier to clean than expected. I thought that with it not being non-stick I might have trouble getting it clean... I highly recommend Stainless steel after having tried it. NO Toxic chemicals to worry about...

Sturdy, easy to clean

Like this pan. Easy to clean. As long as I use butter or oil and medium heat nothing sticks, even eggs. Good size for me.
