Nice browning and easy clean

Used the smaller pan today and quite pleased with the results. Got a nice browning on my Brussels Sprouts. The pan was SUPER easy to clean and is already developing a darker patina.

Easy To Clean Please Read!!!

Use Barkeepers Friend Cookware Cleanser & Polish cleans with very little effort just wear gloves. Also use very low heat (the pans heat fast).

Never would buy again

If you purchase this set, it's like having a baby... you have to be extremely careful. My set is horrible. The stains will not remove. I followed the instructions and was VERY careful. They scratch easily. These are for decorations only, not to be used!!! I would not purchase it again.

Not worth the money

I'm returning them. The pans discolor very easily and are hard to clean. I've soaked them and followed the directions and they are not worth the amount I paid.

Great cooking set, but need some getting used to.

The build of these cooking pans and pots are top notch, but no matter how much “greasing” I do to the larger skillet, food keeps sticking and makes it extremely hard to cook a clean meal. I don’t have the same issue with the smaller skillet when making the same dishes. Coming from Teflon coated pit and pans, these need some getting used to. You do not need to use them with heat over medium!

Descent set but hard to keep the clean, shine look

I followed all the preparation instructions to keep the pans as flawless and shiny as the day I got them but I feel like anything that sticks to the pan gets embedded into it. If you get anything on the Copper part around the sides (like an over spill) it messes up the clean copper look with blotches. My pans don't have a clean, reflective look anymore. Still a good pan set but just expected to be able to take care of them easier.

Work well but discolor immediately

These pans discolor after single use. Which is fine if you aren’t a perfectionist but it does bother us that it happened after first use.
