Move over countertop mix master

My old 15 y.o cuisinart finally bit the dust & I decided to upgrade with this 14 cup . What an Awesome cuisinart product .. I can create dough recipes without the use of a dough hook easy peasy. No need for a dough hook bc this processor can do anything from slicing veggies to creating French tarts ! Thank you Cuisinart

Custom 14 Cup Food Processor is Great!

Why did I wait so long to buy this?!? Ok, it’s really because I expected it to be a pain in the butt to clean. IT’S NOT! Every piece goes into the dishwasher. Now, back to the business end of the 14 cup DFP-14N. I made a cabbage salad in under 5 minutes, slicing cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes (then hand quartered the tomatoes), added a can of garbanzo beans and a made a quick white balsamic dressing. DONE! Didn’t need to change the slicing disc or clean anything between veggies. Just dumped each shred into a bowl and started the next. I made pizza dough from a recipe in the Instruction & Recipe Book that was so dang easy and perfect I am still amazed. It freezes well too. You have no idea how many pizza dough recipes I’ve tried. My advice, buy the food processor!

Great and powerful food processor

I checked out other reviews like America's Test Kitchen and finally decided to bite the bullet and spend the money on this food processor. It was a lot more expensive than other food processors I have owned, but the power of this machine is incredible and the build quality feels like a professional kitchen tool. I look at this as a buy once, cry once purchase like my Vitamix. I expect this to last for many years.
