Difficulty
I bought this to replace a Cuisinart food processor I could no longer replace a broken bowl. This one works well, but trying to remove the lid from the bowl is VERY difficult. What can I use to make this easier. I am terrified I will break a piece of plastic on either piece!

Emergency Shopping
Just when I was ready to start preparing Thanksgiving dishes, I realized our food processor had broken. Off the Macy's where I found a bigger, better Cuisinart. I received excellent customer service including a Manager carrying my new treasure to my car. I put it to work immediately and it works like a charm.

Very good food prep machine
Easy set up, machine make food prep a breeze. Th guide book is very helpful with tips on how to succesfully use machine. I made Julia Child's 's Easy Pie Dough that she used with a siiliar Cuisenart 50 years ago and the dough came out perfectly. At 70 I finally learned how to ake pastry dough. I woud definately refer this product to a friend

I have had my cuisinart for 43 years and it’s still going strong. I always hand wash all the parts and various blades. At some point, I’ll probably pass it on to one of my kids, but not in the foreseeable future. Thanks for a great product.

Clair Look elsewhere
This unit is impossible to lock and unlock. Every time I use it I regret having bought it. It literally takes a rubber mallet to lock and unlock. Unless you’re Hercules don’t buy it. And the slightly smaller one is too small for dough
