Best Christmas present ever! My kids love it even more, of course because I'm making more cookies than they can eat. I love the quality and ease of use with this mixer. The digital control is fantastic, especially for someone like me who has never had a stand mixer before. Have the cream color and it even looks great just sitting on my counter.

Cuisinart Precision Pro 5.5 Quart stand mixer
Cuisinart Precision Pro 5.5 Quart stand mixer. There is an 8 mm gap between the bowl and the paddle…too large a gap. The mixer acts as a fan over the batter. You have to be the mixer. Meaning, you have to stop the mixer, drop the bowl and mix the batter MULTIPLE times for each batter. Why would you buy a mixer that make you be the mixer?

Opened before Christmas .
My husband gave me this mixer early so I could use for my Christmas baking. I am so proud of my Italian meranque and Christmas breads. I can't say enough about my Cuisinart . Best Christmas gift ever for anyone on who loves to bake!

Can be a bit better
There is only 1 thing that this machine is missing. It is a digital timer that can be programed to count down time the machine is mixing. I have had a Cuisinart stand mixer for decades, the all in one type. This is a replacement for my original mixer. It's good but still could be better.

Cuisinart stand mixer- is sooooo cute
My mixer gave up the ghost and I have had it for 19 yrs. So I had to go shopping. I looked at Kitchen Aide ( was the one I had ) but was really out of my price range. So checked ratings on stand mixers and I noticed Cuisinart had good ones. I found one on sale with reasonable price. So I purchased it. I love it!!! It is sturdy and easy to use. Very happy I purchased this mixer.
