Never received it nightmare customer service

Never received it having to deal with Macy's customer service over sees is a complete nightmare when tracking the order because I needed it by a certain time it made it to Portland Oregon 25min from my house expecting it to come the next day never happened it ended up in Virginia 3000 miles away then the next day Washington DC dealing with the Philippines customer service 30 minutes each day kept telling it was going to be there today JOKE already 5 days past do asking them to give me a phone number for a Macy's office in the state's was told can't do that never had this experience with Macy's very disappointed thing I'm done doing business with this company you can thank you out of country cheep customer service my wife and I have been doing a lot of business with Macy's the last few years definitely tells you how they want to deal with their customers they don't

it's all true

I brought this last year as gift. as the reviews say, the pearl is lovely, however the chain is truly weak. I'm going to replace the chain soon as it will undoubtedly break sooner rather than later. if your considering it, get it for the pearl only.

Returned

The necklace is nice and just what I was looking for BUT the chain in more delicate than it looks in the photo. The small clasp isn't easy to attach and the chain an issue for me, so regrettably I returned it.

Gone after 5 minutes of wearing it.

The pearl is beautiful, but the chain is about a fraction of as thick as it looks in this picture. It broke wihin seconds of putting it on, which caused the peart to disappear as well. Total loss.

Lovely

I love my new pearl/yellow gold claw pendant necklace. I was drawn to this because of the oval pearl, which is different. I ought the matching earrings as well. Lovely set.

Lovely pendant with underwhelming chain

I love this pendant but didn't care for the chain at all. Thankfully, with the sale pricing, I think it was still a good value.
