Not for women more like for little girls

This looks nothing like its photo I got a large and it felt like a small. In the photo it's long and flowy. But when I tried it on, it came right above my ankles. In the photo it looks loose around the hips. When I tried it on, it was very tight around the hips and thighs. I'm returning them. And, I don't think I'm going to order things online anymore. I do not like having to return things. It's a waste of my time and money. I like instant gratification, so I will be going to this store to do all my shopping from now on. And if I can't find what I'm looking for then I'll do without it.
