BEWARE

Beware of ordering any items from this company Rag&Co, first after purchasing I saw that shows went on sale so I called Macy’s for a price adjustment since it’s a third party they have to request it from Rag&Co I never received the price adjustment. When I went to Macy’s to return the sandals since they were too wide for me they did not issue my credit they said they will return it to Rag&Co and once they receive it they will issue me the credit, still haven’t received the credit 3 weeks later. I will NEVER order anything from this company again I have ordered third party items from Macys and have never had a problem returning at the store and having Macys issue me the credit right they and then.
