Gorgeous Color and Quality

Love the quality. The only issue I had was that the rug was extremely creased on arrival. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their instructions. However, no change. I ended up having to steam clean the creases out of the rugs. I ended up purchasing a total of 5~!

Color

The color pictured for linen looks tan/sand, in person it is not. It looks more ivory. It still matches, so I will keep it.

Sheds too much

This rug looked so nice in our master bedroom but boy does it shed a lot! I have to vacuum this rug on a daily basis.

Color is off

We ordered the plum based on the store sample that had more browns and deep reds. This rug was pink and light red. Horrible! We originally wanted a 9x13 charcoal. The store sample was a beautiful dark grey, almost black. It was gorgeous. When the 90 lb rug was delivered it was labeled charcoal but was a light grey with green undertones. Called Macy’s to correct and they sent a second 90 lb rug that I had to unpack (no white glove offered). Again the rug was labeled charcoal and less grey. After 2 months of trying to convince Macy’s that the rug was too light and mislabeled they finally looked into it with the vendor and removed the charcoal color option from their website. This has been the worst store and internet buying experience. really a

Sheds

Soft.looks nice. Sheds like crazy. Fibers fly everywhere. I gave up and returned the rug after filling 3 full vacuum canisters of loose fibers

Lovely wool rug

Very happy with this purchase. I bought the graphite color in a 3 x 5 rug. Color is less silver and more of a warm grey (a little brown in it). It has a lot of variation of color with mottled pale grey, mid grey and dark grey and some ribbons of small Berber looking rows (not very noticeable at a small scale) but adds a nice touch. Very happy with this purchase. Wish rug were a little more silver to match my drapes but it's lovely and I am pleased. I think Macy's photos of the item could be vastly improved upon including a closeup sideways detail shot.
