3rd Party Supplier Warning

Ankle strap is too short to tie even on a very petite ankle. The odor of the box and shoes smelled like a damp basement. I took them to the store for a refund. The return process is cumbersome. Even though Macy’s will sell the item online- they will not honor a refund in store. I have to wait for 3rd party to reimburse me rather than Macy’s. I have to wait weeks for a return on an item unwearable and the smelled musty fresh from the box.

Patent leather chipping off several spots a

Comfortable and was able to wear all night without issue. The problem is the patent leather has come off on several areas of the heel. It looks like i have worn these 20 times and walked through grass. I was indoors the entire time so there is no reason for them to look like this.
