Runs small especially around chest area

I'm a 30a boob size and am 4'10 and I'm usually a 00 or 0 in every thing, but this dress runs so small. It runs small and the black is a trash bag material. It literally looks like you're wearing a black garbage bag.

Beautiful Holiday Dress

Super cute dress! Got it in black and is perfect for a holiday party! Definilty short. I am 5’10 slim and got the 6, but not too short. Beautiful buttons and structured puffy sleeve. Exactly what I expected.
