Bad quality

The hinge broke in 3 months. Cant find it anywhere.

I love the style and warmth of the Dawnwood office suite, but must say that choosing to name a furniture collection after slang for early morning ‘arousal’ may be a bit much.

Wonderful desk at an amazing sale price.

Perfect desk, lots of space. I love that the center drawer front flips down for a keyboard, mouse if wanted. Well constructed. White glove delivery this morning went just as planned. The off-white stain does look intentionally aged but not over done. I do need a hanging file cabinet but had one same color as the dark wood top to go within reach along same wall. I don't craft, but the desk and its storage was much needed for this home office, it was time for an update. At this deeply discounted price, just could not pass it up and I'm so glad I did not. *Just a tip, it does need a drafting chair or at least a low back counter stool for the counter height - not a problem, just a heads up. Love the way it looks in my room - I have it facing out to the garden window in this home office to take advantage of the view. Five Stars for delivery (precisely on time when store an hour away) and quality of construction perfectly acceptable.

Dawnwood Desk

This furniture is of poor quality and workmanship. It looks nothing like what is in the picture. It arrived with several parts broken. I called customer service, they said they can send a technician but the earliest possible appointment is about one month away. So I decided to return it. I ended up paying 15% restocking fee (plus the delivery fee I already paid). Don't buy it.

Excellent deal on a wonderful bookcase. Deborah was quite pleasant and helpful.
