These are nice quality pieces, but they look like children's furniture. The back comes just above my waist, the cushions are hard, and not comfortable. I was hoping the adult size chairs would arrive but they too can not be used as intended. I am 5'6" and my knees come to my shoulders because they sit so low to the ground. My son, husband and brother say it's like sitting on the floor.

What an unfortunate disappointment this set is. I should have listened to the previous reviewers. I bought this set based on the pics without first trying the seat. This is close to the most unique, attractive outdoor furniture I’ve ever seen but the back and seat are too low and too uncomfortable for every day, extended use. I keep asking myself who would want this and the only use I can see is as hotel patio or lobby seating where people will briefly enjoy it in passing to some other destination. If this was higher overall, had a more supportive back and softer seat it would be amazing.

This table is cute and functional, perfect between two patio chairs - I bought the Ellsworth chairs and the set looks nice. The adjustable legs are great on my patio flagstones.
