Too good to be true

Boots look good and felt good but they only lasted about 40 days of daily use I only paid like 40 bucks for these but I would not recommend for daily use

poor customer service

I opened the empty envelope to find a' $10 off first purchase Door Dash' card and that's it. I called them twice about it, had to pay for it a second time wasting a half hour on the phone-and it still shows that I have to return the item! I never received the item you refunded me! Then, 3 wks later this item was supposedly returned to sender, bc my P.O. Box was on the second address line. I received the empty envelope w/the same address on it just fine! So ok the courier ups made the choice to not deliver it and return to sender (macys).An hour on the phone just for her to tell me that the item is no longer avail. to purchase. How is it not available when there certainly is at least one pair left - the pair that was sent back?! Completely ridiculous.They never offered to refund me &send a complimentary pair when it does become available. I have to wait & search & order it again.The least they could do is send me a pair for being a solid customer, but that's not going to happen.
