Super cute ramekin

Ramekin is super cute. I use it to portion out nuts (almonds, walnuts) as a snack, or a big scoop of ice cream. The size and color and shape is very pleasing.

When you need a little dish it's just right

I love these little ramekins. Filled to the rim is exactly 3/4 cup. So not much good for baking a dessert, but I like them for salsa, dips, snack portions. The Heritage Pavilion is my personal favorite of Denby right now. I love the robin egg blue green, or maybe it's a duck egg color. Not quite green, not quite blue. has beautiful rusty orange color on rim and speckled some on light kind of tan inside. Goes great with the salad plate size and the mug with multiple colored spots.

Nice To Get Matching Ramekin

I used to use some old brown ramekins that worked but were completely different from our dinner set. Now we've got these lovely matching ramekins. We use them a fair amount and you can make individual souffles, or my regular which is creme brûlée. They are a good size, if anything slightly larger than my previous ramekins. Love the fact we can use them in the oven and the dishwasher.
