TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

My order never arrived. Macy could/would offer no support. My ten minute 'estimated wait time' on 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' is now 1 hours +. I would be very skeptical buying any Dept. 56 from Macy's. It must be coming from an unreliable third party.
