Jingle Jangle Jingle

Jingle Jangle Jungle are not the sound you want to hear!! You guys dropped the ball on this one!!!Frustrated! Shoddy packaging for an expensive piece!Really now you used only brown paper in box and no bubble wrap to support package in shipping box. Just loved hearing the sound of broken china jingling in original box. You must have used that bubble wrap in the non breakable item I received same day. Arrived broken in several places. Disappointed in vendor and UPS/Fed Ex. As lunar dragon tea house is sold out, will not be able to reorder. It would have been beautiful if arrived in one piece. Not what I expect from Macys. Disgraceful.
