Horrible Fabric!!!!

Stay clear of this line! Purchased this sofa along with the swivel armchair. Gorgeous pieces, BUT the fabric is horrible. We have already had a technician visit our home and replace the cushion covers once and the pilling has happened again. I do not buy that this is a "normal wear and tear" scenario. We have two people sitting on the couch and the swivel chair has started pilling as well and is only used when we have guests visiting (maybe once or twice a month)! The technician came out again and said it was normal wear and tear and that we should just buy a "fabric shaver". It was also said to have been caused by outside fabric rubbing on the sofa. Isn't that going to happen with every sofa??? This was not an inexpensive purchase and I feel that if the fabric is doing this to others, according to other reviews, that Macy's should discontinue this fabric choice. No one should have a "quality" piece of furniture look this poor. Unacceptable.
