The ring is okay the delivery ups supposed notice the delivery date and we supposed to sing they notify me on the last minute we never signed and they just dropped the box outside the door. We easily can louse the product.

Beautiful one carat natural diamond ring

I was kind of hesitant to make this purchase based on some of the reviews I read. When Macys came out with the 18 month payment plan at 0% interest I just couldn’t resist. I am so glad I purchased this ring. It’s gorgeous.

No warranty, no help ,

So I got this ring a year ago , was holding it for the perfect time to give it to my girlfriend, I finally did it 2 weeks ago and turns out the ring had a small crack in the diamond. I know is my fault for not opening it before but I can’t believe macys says can’t not do anything about it bc it’s been a year and I didn’t have the protection plan . I think on this kind of expensive items like jewelry the should have a warranty not needing to pay for it . I’m not spending my money on Macy’s no more .

Almost thought I found a perfect engagement ring, the markdowns looked like eye candy until I was really able to be educated enough to know there are better quality diamonds you can choose and fit on a ring setting. The i3 clarity on this macys diamond was the only thing that made me return it. It looked very beautiful and great color with brilliance just in the light or dark you can see an odd reflection coming out of the diamond, I guess there was a pretty good size imperfection right in the middle of the diamond for clarity. Almost thought it was the one though. Just want the right diamond with the right quality.

Low quality diamond

The quality of the diamond is below what was expected. The inclusions on the diamond were very large and obvious with the naked eye. I ordered the ring 2x hoping the next would be better but it was worse!
