Clasp Broken

Got for a Christmas present. Once opened and tried to put on, the clasp wouldn’t stay closed and the securing bar would not close.

Snaggletooth

Although it looks lovely, the recipient was unable to actually wear this bracelet. She stated it snagged and caught on everything! Actually damaging the top she was wearing. She removed it before damaging other's clothing. The setting is very rough! Not sure how to remedy this situation. She was thrilled to receive it, but it is unwearable!

Perfect gift!

Giving to my mom tomorrow! It was an insane deal!!! It is beautiful! Opened to check and make sure everything was perfect and it was! Hopefully the diamonds don’t fall out as some have said but right now it’s great!
