No sparkles

No sparkles. I gave it a try because other reviews said it sparkles, but no, not even under bright light

Lovely necklace but chain is only 16 inches!

The necklace itself is very pretty and has good quality diamonds, lots of sparkle. It was just very disappointing that the chain is only 16 inches long. The description says it is supposed to be 18 inches! I will need to go in store to deal with this or use another chain.
