Store pick

I ordered this ring for same day pick up which was the option, never received same day called customer service several times 1 gentleman claimed he called store and said I could pick , never received that notification so called again next lady said they had no rings which is untrue since I placed order standing right at the case with 2 in it ordered on Nov 1 for same day now gotta wait til Nov 13 poor customer service reliability as well as there online ordering system
