I love this ring

It is a great ring if you are looking for something simple. I don't know why someone on the review said it is not shining, because the ring is gorgeous. I'm happy and thankful for what I have been buying at Macy’s, which has great quality.

Store pick

I ordered this ring for same day pick up which was the option, never received same day called customer service several times 1 gentleman claimed he called store and said I could pick , never received that notification so called again next lady said they had no rings which is untrue since I placed order standing right at the case with 2 in it ordered on Nov 1 for same day now gotta wait til Nov 13 poor customer service reliability as well as there online ordering system

No shine, poorly made, poor quality

I would give zero stars if I could. I have only had this ring for 11 months. A stone fell out from the very center of the cluster diamond!!! This should not be happening if I’ve had it under a year. I take very good care of it and now will have to pay out of my own pocket to fix. This ring has no shine, very dull - the cluster of diamonds in certain lights looks yellow. No clarity whatsoever. Unfortunately I’ll be stuck fixing this one on my own because Macys won’t cover it. Spend your money on something a little better quality and save the headache, your wife will thank you.
