horrible experience

Bought the ring online and although shipping was fast, the ring came in with no price tag, the ring box had been opened and ring was loose inside the bubble bag Macys sent. Upon inspection, noticed a huge crack on the center diamond then I thought no biggie I’ll go to the store and exchange it for another. No Macys in my 25 miles radius would accept it without price tag. Sort of ridiculous since the warehouse sent it home like that. Long story short, when I called corporate I was told by multiple folks that the store manager should have the power to exchange the ring but that wasn’t the case. My only option was to return via mail wait for refund which takes 7-10 days and then place a second order. Why? Because Macys doesn’t do jewelry exchange via mail. The whole situation was just ridiculous because I had bought the ring on sale so when I received my funds back to my account the sale was over. Wasted my time when I could’ve gone to an actual jewelry store. Never again!
