Nice ring bad quality

just the ring my finance was looking for however the center stone was very dark and bad quality. Ordered another one from macys online thinking it be better... WAs the same quality of diamond. Kept setting and got stone replaced but still a pain to deal with and dont know why they would sell rings that have such bad quality stones.
