They scammed me

I order 2 of this to gift on Christmas and both of them came damaged, either with the black stone broken or scratched.

All the diamonds look very cloudy and the middle black one looks like it has scratches on it , definitely going to return it. Looks like it’s been worn!

My husband is the best

So Macy's had a sale on this ring for one day which was great cause it allowed him to get my ring and the bracelet to match. I have the earrings to match and necklace. I'm so excited to get my ring

Disappointed

I bought this ring as a Anniversary Gift for my wife. I went pick it up from the store upon inspection it looked like the diamond fell out before and it was worn. I brought this to the lady that was dealing with my order. She kept trying to tell me that I am seeing wrong and there is nothing wrong with it. The customer service also was very bad. They didn’t have another ring in store. I was forced to take this ring with the imperfections. I am not happy with it I did tell them I’d love to get a new brand ring shipped to the store so I could return this one no one tried to assist with this. My wife loves the ring she just didn’t like the imperfections as well.
