Changed colors

Purchased this ring for my now wife. Within 1 month the back of the ring began turning yellow. Informed Macy’s customer service and was told that ring is not to be worn daily and that it could not be returned or exchanged. Disappointed that such an expensive and beautiful ring would change colors.
