Great customer service , bad quality ring

I was extremely happy to get this ring as a 10 year wedding anniversary . The ring had to be resized, sent it in and it took 2 months to get it back to me . I wore it for 2 weeks , the middle diamond fell . we had the warranty , but warranty does not cover the center diamond. after a few trips to the store , we thankfully got our money back and I will be looking somewhere else. the ladies that helped me at the store were amazing , but I’m very disappointed on their Jewlery quality .
