Damaged Jewelry

Never order jewelry online! I ordered this bracelet online. It was on sale so I took a chance and did I really pay for that mistake. The bracelet came it was damaged. I couldn’t even close the clasp on it. It looks like it’s missing one of the S links so now I have to return it. In addition, I was given $450 because I spent for the price of the Bracelet and now I have to return whatever I bought with the $450 because Customer service is telling me they don’t have another bracelet to replace the bracelet that was damaged. I have to waste my time to send everything back. It was just a nightmare! I can’t believe Macy’s would send such a valuable item like that damaged to a customer and think they can get away with it. Very disappointed!! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I would never buy anything like that online again.
