A bad experiance buying this item

I've never received these earrings since my order was shipped to someone else. And I've received someone order that I've returned back to Macys. The customer service was so bad, and they said they will not re-ship or refund my order. At some point they stop responding on my emails. Good thing I've paid for this order through PayPal and not with Macy's CC. I had to contact PayPal to dispute this transaction and was able to get my money back. I'm closing my account with Macys and will never shop with them.
