We still love to shop at you Macy's but really?

The teardrop cluster pendant necklace w/chain was bawled up and tossed into a very teeny tiny cloth BLACK color POUCH -- and shipped to me loose in large box along with the BLACK color sweater. Fell onto wood floor as I grabbed sweater out of box (glad I was barefoot ¬ near a floor register vent). First thought was just some random small bundle of trash. FOR REAL MACY's-- NOT so much this "BONUS jewelry item" -- BUT is the way you packed then shipped item out to me-- it was a big let down that I did not prepare myself would ever come from MACY's. bc I truly did think would be shipped to me in plain ole everyday MACY"s (cotton pad inside) cardboard box -for gift wrapping -- will get those complimentary small gift box at store counter no matter jewelry item or price point. but We still love you MACY's and Macy's dot com-- and always will.
