Very bad

I never received this ring, supposed delivered yesterday Friday, October 24, 2025 but was delivered to Sand Diego. I feel very frustrated about it and my money still lost and I don’t know what to to do?

I bought this ring for myself to celebrate my 75th birthday. It’s really a beautiful piece of jewelry but it snags onto everything. I had to return it TWICE. I purchase all my better pieces of jewelry from Macy’s and have never had this problem before!
