Poor customer Service on an Inaccurate delivery

I ordered 2 Aftershave Balms for my friend, who happens to be a renowned pastor. When the package arrived only 1 of the lotions was in the package. He and I called together and spoke with a customer service representative, explained what had happened and she told us she would get the mission lotion mailed to us right away. The next day I received an email from Macy's customer service telling me that the package had been delivered; therefore, they were not going to ship us the replacement after shave lotion. I immediately emailed them back to clarify that we had acknowledged that we received the package; however, there was only 1 after shave balm in it and we paid for two. I have not received a follow up note to my inquiry; however, I did receive this email where they asked me to rate their customer service. I am giving it 1 star only because 0 is not an option. I do virtually all of my shopping online and I have never had a company refuse to correct a mistake like this. I won't be shopping at Macy's again and would encourage you to take your business elsewhere too.
