Great for my 8 year old!

I have a science buff at home and he loves all things ocean. I knew when I saw this that he would love it, and he had to open it right away and put it together with me! Its really nice to have toys that provide a break from screens

Great Educational Toy!

I got this for my (then) six year old son because he is obsessed with sharks and knew it would be a great asset to our homeschool. It has been great. Not only was it really simple for my son to put together pretty much all on his own, but it's a great learning device. Pros: - Easy to assemble. - Parts are very detailed and easy to distinguish from one another, not only making assembly easy but learning anatomy as well. - Simple for little hands to take off the stand, play with, disassemble and reassemble. - Yet still tough enough to stay together on the stand, as well as staying together for play (and by "play" I mean hold and run around with it like it's swimming and 'attacking' other sea creatures it's going to eat). Cons: - Stand didn't hold up to Dad's strength when he put it back on. One of the pegs broke and had to be glued back together. - The stomach with it's contents needed more than just tiny hands to hold together and put inside of the shark. Overall, I'm VERY happy with this Toy Anatomy Shark Kit. I hear there are other 4D Anatomy animals in this line and I plan on collecting as many as I can get my hands on!

Pieces don't "snap"

Really challenging to put together. They should probably recommend putting this set together with super glue as the pieces just kind of sit on each other rather than snapping together. This caused a lot of frustration with my son who is used to Lego like construction. This is more like a model and is very fragile once put together. It's pretty cool, but can be frustrating for younger kids.

PERFECT Christmas Gift!

I am so excited to give this to my son for Christmas. He LOVES sharks and has so many figurines...this is so different and educational. It's the perfect display piece for his room too. I can't wait for Christmas morning!

4D Shark Anatomy Kit

My son is obsessed with sharks, so he absolutely loves this! He likes to take it apart to teach me about all of the sharks anatomy, and put it back together. He did download the app in which he has learned a lot more about this. Was definitely a great gift for him.

Very Educational

This is a great educational tool to use to teach anatomy . There are many pieces that you have to put in the right place inside the shark to make him whole.My kids loved naming the pieces and seeing the shark together. Comes with a stand that you can even display the shark on when your finished.

Educational fun is the best fun!

My son is a shark and underwater fanatic and this is his prized possession! He can't wait for show and tell to be able to share with his teacher and class! This Discovery Toy Anatomy Shark Kit is so educational! It is the perfect hands on learning showing children what the anatomy of a shark is like! The clear skin on the one side makes the internal organs visible. The parts are extremely detailed and are removable for a more interactive play. The material is sturdy and the pieces fit so well together. They can be taken apart and put back with ease. My son knows more about sharks and their body than most adults in my family! If you have a curious little scientist in your house this is definitely the toy for them! I guarantee it will be something the whole family can enjoy learning about together.
