Items Never Received

If no stars could be given there would be none. I ordered this bracelet as well as the Lilo & Stitch necklace on November 29, 2024. Today it’s. December 20, I have yet to receive any items which were going to be gifted as a Christmas gift.

Shipping costs are ridiculous!

When shipping costs are an additional 80% on top of cost of a small gift it’s clear Macy’s has missed the mark. You will never effectively compete in the online marketplace with that kind of a cost structure.
