Misleading photos

There is no hole on the ends for the cats to go inside, it's just a solid block of cardboard. The photos are incorrect and misleading, I'm very disappointed.

The pic shows a hole in the side. The one I got has no hole and is just a solid scratcher. Very disappointed

Where is the hole?

It is a very cute cat toy, but the description and picture show a hole in the side for the cat to climb into. My box doesn't have a hole on either side.
