Not well made

I was extremely thrilled with the price and quality of this coat when it was received, but I have to admit I am very disappointed after just a few weeks of my son wearing it. He doesn't even use it every day! The filling of the coat is coming out and it is visibly noticeable. It makes the coat appear as if it is dirty on the black side with the stuffing coming out like hairs everywhere. Disappointed and dissatisfied
