Incorrect order

I received the wrong product. I ordered a sweater, but I got a blouse. That's not what I expected. What's more, even the labels are mixed up. The blouse is xs and the attached label is s. I'm attaching photos. How do I return this blouse? When will I receive my ordered sweater?

I purchased two of the DKNY Jeans Womens Tinsel Logo Boucle Sweaters, one in black and one in white. They are super cute, cozy, comfy, and light weight. These work for me. As a longtime fan and loyal customer since 1990 I can say her brand just gets better with time.
