product description was inaccurate

I never write reviews, but I'm disappointed in Macy's over this bag. I kept it and am using it but ... the description said there was an interior zipper pocket -- there isn't!. It said the hardware trim was gold -- it is silver! The picture depicts a bright blue -- it isn't. It is a blue/black combo color. Shame on you Macy's! Lastly, it is reportedly leather. I really doubt it.

Too stiff and inconvenient.

I love that it’s leather. But the bag is very stiff so digging into it to find my coin purse or lip gloss is a hassle. The flap also takes work to snap it shut. Because of how stiff the flap is, it can easily come un-snapped so contents can spill out.

I like the color with white black

It is very cute the same size as a half butt, only one thing bother me it is the hat is easy to open, if you didn’t magnet it well, it is very easy to lose things!

Cute trendy

Got a great deal on this leather piece !! Love how versatile it is with outfits. And it’s the perfect size. Be careful when holding valuable, sometimes the backpack tips and doesn’t close fully. your things may fall out

terrible color - deceived pictures

I was so excited to receive this cute backpack in the mail today, after 2 days purchasing with the 30% of on Macys website. However, the color is not shiny blue as in pictures, instead it is very dark metallic blue, kind of navy blue. I'm very disappointed with DKNY product. When I used my iphone to take a picture of it, color still did not change from dark blue to that beautiful blue. If DKNY only wants to photoshop color to advertise but get sale, then they are on point. Definitely return this back.
