Damaged coat

Coat arrived with holes in the sleeve. Last time I will order from Macy’s. Why would they send our damaged goods

I'm a woman 5'9 200+pounds the coat is perfect I got a XXL in Green its a little big in the shoulders so I ordered a xl in black to see if it fits a little better but I love the material and the size of the hood and the sleeves have the extra inside sweater material love it🩷

Surprised....very

Rare quality find. I needed a simply black over coat and ended up with a key peice to NYCs recent wacky weather. Would give a perfect 5 but the pockets, both, weren't sewn well so I had to sew them closed.
