Ok

I had purchase a white Jacket about a year ago, it was very good quality the Cape itself had a top layer and a the under layer. So I decided to buy it in black its the same brand and everything this time the black one has only a top layer on the cape and under the cape in the back it's a cheap material and its like a big hole, under the cape it's just like a bigger hole and people could tell on the sides that is not a jacket all the way around.
