Gorgeous and functional
The light purple color is absolutely beautiful. I used three 2 packs per window. It allowed for privacy and the airy affect i was looking for. I do not have any other window shades or blinds, just the curtains. I also used curtain rings.

I love my stylish new curtains! I love my old velvet curtains, too, and will change back to them in the winter, but I felt my rooms needed a a lighter, airier touch for the warmer months, and I love the texture. I have these layered over 2" wood blinds, so I'm using them for fashion, not function. But they do filter light and provide a bit of privacy, if needed. The curtains are a linen-look without the hassle of real linen. Made of polyester, these beautiful curtains wash and dry easily and don't need ironing (cold water, gentle detergent, low dry). While they came nicely packed and ready to hang, I always wash items before using to get any finish chemicals off. The bottom weights did come out in the dryer, but should easily slip back in. But hey- they have weights! They originally caught my eye elsewhere in a light aqua color, but I decided navy balanced out my rooms better, so I did a search and found them at Macy's, who also had the best price and return options, of course!
