Great pants, but cannot be returned!

The pants are terrific. HOWEVER, they are way too large even though I ordered the size that I normally wear. Unfortunately, these pants cannot be returned. C'mon, Macy's! Can't you satisfy a longtime customer?

Return Issue

I’m not satisfied with the return policy concerning this item, although it was a final sale item two of them were ordered in error and i feel that Macys could have at least met the customer (me) halfway by accepting at least one pair of this item for return, the pants was too big and two was ordered in error, when this web site has technical error the customer always have to wait and try again which is an inconvenience. i just feel that the customer always has to endure or accept the problem, not good customer service at all.

Great Quality

I really like these pants. I have been struggling trying to find work pants that I like since the Alfani brand is gone. I don't like these as much as I liked Alfani due to the lack of tummy control but the material is wonderful. Really good quality. It would be five stars if there was tummy control.
