Negative design

The handles are easy to have wrinkles that’s so unfortunate. The outside design looks good, but the bag can’t fully useful. This is very disappointing.

Didn't Work Out

This is a stylish and very structured bag. I usually carry a large bag and I thought it would work based on the measurements in the description. I consider this to be a mid-sized bag as it was smaller than I anticipated. Also, the top of the bag doesn't open very wide so removing and replacing items could be a challenge. It didn't work out and was promptly returned.

Poor Design

I thought this purse was cute. Wanted a bag with good structure and a bit different. Unfortunately top handles do not fold down should you decide to use the shoulder strap. zipper is only at the top 1/3 of the bag so when you open it fully and slip your hand into the bag the teeth of the zipper will scratch your hand. This thing is going back tomorrow.
