These are my favorite boots, I bought the black leather a few years ago and purchased the suede last week. They are comfortable and stylish and I had to go down half a size. Just wish they came in other colors.

Shipment

My review has nothing to do with the product. I bought these on Dec 20th 2025 and still waiting for them. There has no refund been issued no follow promised calls been made. I called about these to Macy.com customer services and asked for resolutions more than enough times. Everytime Im told there will be an email in my inbox in 24-48 hours and the refund will be credited in my credit that never happens. I have a credit card statemet that needs to be paid but I don’t want to pay money for something that never gotten delivered. My app still says that the product will be delivered on Dec 23, 2025. Today is Jan 29 2026. Im beyond frustrated and I have been more than patient waiting for the resolution. This is not just an error this is down right an awful service. At least the customer service should stop saying that they will follow up since no one ever does! Awful service, AWEFUL!
